Common use of Environmental Audits and Reports Clause in Contracts

Environmental Audits and Reports. as soon as practicable following receipt thereof, copies of all environmental audits and reports, whether prepared by personnel of Lessee or any of its Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, with respect to significant environmental matters at any facility or which relate to an Environmental Claim which could result in a Material Adverse Effect; and

Environmental Audits and Reports. as As soon as practicable following receipt thereof, copies of all environmental audits audits, investigations, analyses and reportsreports of any kind or character, whether prepared by personnel of Lessee the Borrowers or any of its their Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, governmental authorities or any other Persons, with respect to significant environmental matters at any facility Facility or which relate with respect to an any Environmental Claim which could result in a Material Adverse Effect; andClaims;

Environmental Audits and Reports. as As soon as practicable -------------------------------- following receipt thereof, copies of all material environmental audits audits, investigations, analyses and reportsreports of any kind or character, whether prepared by personnel of Lessee Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, governmental authorities or any other Persons, with respect to significant environmental matters at any facility or which relate Facility that could reasonably be expected to an Environmental Claim which could result in have a Material Adverse Effect; and.

Environmental Audits and Reports. as soon as practicable following receipt thereof, copies of all environmental audits and reports, whether prepared by personnel of Lessee Company or any of its Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, with respect to significant environmental matters at any facility Facility or which relate to an Environmental Claim which could result in a Material Adverse Effect; and;

Environmental Audits and Reports. as soon as practicable -------------------------------- following receipt thereof, copies of all environmental audits and reports, whether prepared by personnel of Lessee Company or any of its Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, with respect to significant environmental matters at any facility Facility or which relate to an Environmental Claim which could result in a Material Adverse Effect; and;

Environmental Audits and Reports. as soon as practicable -------------------------------- following receipt thereof, copies of all environmental audits and reports, whether prepared by personnel of Lessee Company or any of its Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, with respect to significant environmental matters at any facility Facility or which relate to an Environmental Claim in either case which could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect; and;

Environmental Audits and Reports. as As soon as practicable -------------------------------- following receipt thereof, copies of all environmental audits audits, investigations, analyses and reportsreports of any kind or character, whether prepared by personnel of Lessee 124 Company or any of its Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, governmental authorities or any other Persons, with respect to significant environmental matters at any facility or Facility which relate would reasonably be expected to an Environmental Claim which could result in have a Material Adverse Effect; and;

Environmental Audits and Reports. as As soon as practicable following receipt thereof, copies of all environmental audits audits, investigations, analyses and reportsreports of any kind or character, whether prepared by personnel of Lessee Borrowers or any of its their Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, governmental authorities or any other Persons, with respect to significant environmental matters at any facility Facility or which relate with respect to an any Environmental Claim which could result in a Material Adverse Effect; andClaims;

Environmental Audits and Reports. as As soon as practicable following receipt thereof, copies of all environmental audits audits, investigations, analyses and reportsreports of any kind or character, whether prepared by personnel of Lessee the Borrowers or any of its their Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, Governmental Instrumentalities or any other Persons, with respect to significant environmental matters at any facility Facility or which relate with respect to an any Environmental Claim which could result in a Material Adverse Effect; andClaims;

Environmental Audits and Reports. as soon as practicable following receipt thereof, copies of all significant non-privileged environmental audits and reports, whether prepared by personnel of Lessee Holdings, Company or any of its Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, with respect to significant environmental matters at any facility Facility or which relate to an Environmental Claim in either case which could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect; and;

Environmental Audits and Reports. as soon as practicable -------------------------------- following receipt thereof, copies of all environmental audits and reports, whether prepared by personnel of Lessee Company or any of its Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, with respect to significant environmental matters at any facility Facility or which relate to an Environmental Claim which could would reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect; and;

Environmental Audits and Reports. as soon as practicable following receipt thereof, copies of all environmental audits and reports, whether prepared by personnel of Lessee Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, with respect to significant environmental matters at any facility Facility or which relate to an Environmental Claim in either case which could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect; and;

Environmental Audits and Reports. as As soon as practicable following receipt thereof, copies of all material environmental audits audits, investigations, analyses and reportsreports of any kind or character, whether prepared by personnel of Lessee Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, Government Authority or any other Persons, with respect to significant environmental matters at (a) Environmental Claims and (b) any facility or which relate Release required to an be reported under any Environmental Claim which could result in a Material Adverse Effect; andLaw to any Government Authority.

Environmental Audits and Reports. as soon as practicable following -------------------------------- receipt thereof, copies of all environmental audits and reports, whether prepared by personnel of Lessee Company or any of its Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, with respect to significant environmental matters at any facility Facility or which relate to an Environmental Claim in either case which could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect; and;

Environmental Audits and Reports. as soon as practicable following receipt thereof, copies of all environmental audits and reportsreports received by or made available to Company or its Subsidiaries, whether prepared by personnel of Lessee Company or any of its Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, with respect to significant environmental matters at any facility Facility or which relate to an Environmental Claim in either case which could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect; and;

Environmental Audits and Reports. as soon as practicable following receipt thereof, copies of all environmental audits and reports, whether prepared by personnel of Lessee Company or any of its Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, with respect to significant environmental matters at any facility Facility or which relate to an Environmental Claim which could result in a Material Adverse Effect; and

Environmental Audits and Reports. as soon as practicable following receipt thereof, copies of all significant non-privileged environmental audits and reports, whether prepared by personnel of Lessee Holdings, Company or any of its their Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, with respect to significant environmental matters at any facility Facility or which relate to an Environmental Claim in either case which could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect; and

Environmental Audits and Reports. as soon as practicable following receipt thereof, copies of all environmental audits and reports, whether prepared by personnel of Lessee Royale or any of its Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, with respect to significant material environmental matters at any facility Property or which relate to an Environmental Claim which could result reasonably be expected to have, either individually or in the aggregate, a Material Adverse Effect; and;

Environmental Audits and Reports. as soon as practicable following receipt thereof, copies of all environmental audits and reports, whether prepared by personnel of the Lessee or any of its Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, with respect to significant environmental matters at any facility or which that relate to an Environmental Claim which that could result in a Material Adverse Effect; and;

Environmental Audits and Reports. as As soon as practicable following receipt thereof, copies of all environmental audits audits, investigations, analyses and reportsreports of any kind or character, whether prepared by personnel of Lessee Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, governmental authorities or any other Persons, with respect to significant environmental matters at any facility Facility which, individually or which relate to an Environmental Claim which could result in a Material Adverse Effect; andthe aggregate, could

Environmental Audits and Reports. as As soon as practicable following receipt thereof, copies of all environmental audits audits, investigations, analyses and reportsreports of any kind or character, whether prepared by personnel of Lessee Company or any of its Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, Government Authorities or any other Persons, with respect to significant environmental matters at any facility Facility or which relate with respect to an any Environmental Claim which could result in a Material Adverse Effect; andClaims;

Environmental Audits and Reports. as soon as practicable following receipt thereof, copies of all environmental audits and reports, whether prepared by personnel of Lessee BHR or any of its Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, with respect to significant environmental matters at any facility Facility or which relate to an Environmental Claim in either case which could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect; and;

Environmental Audits and Reports. as soon as practicable following receipt thereof, copies of all environmental audits and reports, whether prepared by personnel of Lessee Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, with respect to significant environmental matters at any facility Facility or which relate to an Environmental Claim which could result in a Material Adverse Effect; and;

Environmental Audits and Reports. as As soon as practicable following receipt thereof, copies of all environmental audits audits, investigations, analyses and reportsreports of any kind or character, whether prepared by personnel of Lessee Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates or by independent consultants, governmental authorities or any other Persons, with respect to significant environmental matters at any facility Facility or which relate with respect to an any Environmental Claim which could result in a Material Adverse Effect; andClaims;

Environmental Audits and Reports. as As soon as practicable following receipt thereof, copies of all environmental audits audits, investigations, analyses and reportsreports of any kind or character, whether prepared by personnel of Lessee Company or any of its Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, governmental authorities or any other Persons, with respect to significant environmental matters at any facility Environmental Claims that individually or which relate in the aggregate could reasonably be expected to an Environmental Claim which could result in a Material Adverse Effect; andClaim;

Environmental Audits and Reports. to the extent received by Borrowers or any of their respective Subsidiaries and as soon as practicable following receipt 75 84 thereof, copies of all environmental audits and reports, whether prepared by personnel of Lessee Borrowers or any of its their respective Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, with respect to significant environmental matters at any facility Facility or which relate to an Environmental Claim which could result in a Material Adverse Effect; and;

Environmental Audits and Reports. as soon as practicable -------------------------------- following receipt thereof, copies of all environmental audits and reports, whether prepared by personnel of Lessee Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, with respect to significant environmental matters at any facility Facility or which relate to an Environmental Claim in either case which could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect; and;

Environmental Audits and Reports. as soon as practicable following receipt thereof, copies of all environmental audits and reports, whether prepared by personnel of the Lessee or any of its Subsidiaries or by independent independ- ent consultants, with respect to significant environmental matters at any facility or which that relate to an Environmental Claim which that could result in a Material Adverse Effect; and;

Environmental Audits and Reports. as As soon as practicable following receipt thereof, copies of all environmental audits and reports, whether prepared by personnel of Lessee Borrowers or any of its their Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, with respect to significant environmental matters at any facility Facility or which relate to an Environmental Claim which could result in a Material Adverse Effect; and.

Environmental Audits and Reports. as As soon as practicable following receipt thereof, copies of all environmental audits audits, investigations, analyses and reportsreports of any kind or character, whether or not prepared by personnel or on behalf of Lessee Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or by any independent consultantsconsultant, with respect to significant regarding environmental matters at any facility or which relate to an Environmental Claim which could result in a Material Adverse Effect; andFacility;

Environmental Audits and Reports. as As soon as practicable following receipt thereof, copies of all material environmental audits audits, investigations, analyses and reportsreports of any kind or character, whether prepared by personnel of Lessee Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, governmental authorities or any other Persons, with respect to significant environmental matters at any facility or which relate Facility that could reasonably be expected to an Environmental Claim which could result in have a Material Adverse Effect; and.

Environmental Audits and Reports. as soon as practicable -------------------------------- following receipt thereof, copies of all environmental audits and reports, whether prepared by personnel of Lessee Holdings, Company or any of its Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, with respect to significant environmental matters at any facility Facility or which relate to an Environmental Claim in either case which could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect; and;

Environmental Audits and Reports. as soon as practicable following receipt thereof, copies of all environmental audits and reports, whether prepared by personnel of Lessee or any of its Subsidiaries an Obligor or by independent consultants, with respect to significant environmental matters at any facility Facility or which relate to an Environmental Claim which could result in be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; and;

Environmental Audits and Reports. as soon as practicable following receipt thereof, copies of all environmental audits and reportsreports (other than routine follow-up reports to matters previously disclosed to Lenders), whether prepared by personnel of Lessee Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, with respect to significant environmental matters at any facility Facility or which relate to an Environmental Claim which could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect; and;

Environmental Audits and Reports. as As soon as practicable following receipt thereof, copies of all environmental audits audits, investigations, analyses and reportsreports of any kind or character, whether prepared by personnel of Lessee Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, governmental authorities or any other Persons, with respect to significant environmental matters at any facility or which relate Environmental Claims that could reasonably be expected to an Environmental Claim which could result in a Material Adverse Effect; and;

Environmental Audits and Reports. as soon as practicable following receipt thereof, copies of all environmental audits and reports, whether prepared by personnel of Lessee Company or any of its Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, with respect to significant environmental matters at any facility or which relate to an Environmental Claim which could result in a Material Adverse Effect; and, or with respect to environmental matters at any Facility;

Environmental Audits and Reports. as As soon as practicable following receipt thereofthereof by Company, copies of all environmental audits and reports, whether prepared by personnel of Lessee Company or any of its Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, with respect to significant environmental matters at any facility or which relate to an Environmental Claim which or any matter governed by or arising under applicable Environmental Laws which, in either case, could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect; and;

Environmental Audits and Reports. as As soon as practicable following receipt thereof, copies of all other environmental audits audits, investigations, analyses and reportsreports of any kind or character, whether prepared by personnel of Lessee Parent or any of its Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, Government Authorities or any other Persons, with respect to significant environmental matters at any facility or which relate to an Environmental Claim which could result in a Material Adverse Effect; andFacility;
