Environmental Condition of Properties. To the knowledge ------------------------------------- of the Company and its Subsidiaries, none of the properties owned or leased by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has been used as a treatment, storage or disposal site, other than as disclosed in Exhibit 7.14. To the knowledge of the Company and its Subsidiaries, no Hazardous Material is present in any real property currently or formerly owned or operated by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries except that which has not resulted, and does not create a material risk of resulting, in a Material Adverse Change.
