Common use of EOG Agreements Clause in Contracts

EOG Agreements. The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Subject Assets are subject to the terms and conditions of the EOG Agreements, as amended, modified or supplemented by the Assignment Agreement, to the extent applicable to the Subject Assets, and, except as set forth in Section 2.3, to the extent of such applicability, in the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the EOG Agreements (as amended, modified or supplemented by the Assignment Agreement), the EOG Agreements, as so amended, modified or supplemented, shall control to the extent of such conflict.
