Equal Application. The provisions of this Agreement shall be applied equally to all employees eligible for membership in the bargaining unit without discrimination as to age, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, race, color, creed, national origin, political affiliation or handicapping condition. The Union shall share equally with the College in the responsibility of implementing this provision of the Agreement.
