EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AND NONDISCRIMINATION. Employer agrees that it: i. Notices, advertisements and solicitations placed in accordance with federal law, rules or regulations shall be deemed sufficient for the purposes of meeting the requirements of this paragraph.
