Equal Qualifications. Employees may apply for any vacancy or newly created position in the School District. When a contracted employee applies for a vacancy, it is understood that if the employee is appointed/selected to the vacancy, the employee gives up his/her current position to accept the vacancy, unless the Board agrees otherwise.
