Equality and non-discrimination. (1) The Contractor shall not unlawfully discriminate contrary to the Equality Act 2010 or any other applicable anti-discrimination laws. (2) The Contractor shall comply with any equality scheme or policy published from time to time by the Authority on its website. (3) If the Contractor fails to comply with this Condition, the Authority shall be entitled to terminate the Contract with immediate effect.
