Equipment Interface. It is the Paging Provider’s responsibility to advise Qwest of the equipment interface to be used at Paging Provider’s POC. The technical requirements for the equipment interface must be selected from those specified in Appendix B. Available equipment interfaces specified in Appendix B are defined in Telcordia Reference Documents GR-145 - CORE & BR-795- 403-100.

  • Equipment Use You will keep the Equipment in good working order, use it for business purposes only and not modify or move it from its initial location without our consent. If we have entered into a separate arrangement with you for maintenance, service, supplies, etc. with respect to the Equipment, payments under this Agreement may include amounts owed under that arrangement, which amounts may be invoiced as one payment for your convenience, and which amounts may be subject to change from time to time based on that arrangement. POSTAGE DEVICES. Postage measurement devices referenced herein which are subject to a separate rental agreement between you and us are not part of the Equipment and your use and the ownership of such devices will be governed exclusively by your rental agreement with us. You will need to reference your rental agreement with us for the term of, and your rights and obligations under, the rental agreement. For your convenience, payments under this Agreement may include the rental amounts you owe us under the rental agreement.

  • Network Interface Device 2.7.1 The NID is defined as any means of interconnection of the customer’s premises wiring to BellSouth’s distribution plant, such as a cross-connect device used for that purpose. The NID is a single line termination device or that portion of a multiple line termination device required to terminate a single line or circuit at the premises. The NID features two (2) independent ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or divisions that separate the service provider’s network from the customer’s premises wiring. Each chamber or division contains the appropriate connection points or posts to which the service provider and the customer each make their connections. The NID provides a protective ground connection and is capable of terminating cables such as twisted pair cable. 2.7.2 BellSouth shall permit NewPhone to connect NewPhone’s Loop facilities to the customer’s premises wiring through the BellSouth NID or at any other technically feasible point.

  • Interface A defined set of transmission facilities that separate Load Zones and that separate the NYCA from adjacent Control Areas. Investor-Owned Transmission Owners. A Transmission Owner that is owned by private investors.   • Spares The Contractor shall ensure that the Contractor’s operational base at the Site is at all times stocked with spare parts for the Contractor's Equipment that meet the requirements of the Contract, together with all necessary or desirable packing and marking for that purpose and that such spare parts are sufficient to ensure that the Work /services can continue in the event of failure of the Contractor’s Equipment.
