Equipment Space. Owner also agrees to provide to Bell at no charge, access to and use of, one or more rooms or other segregated, enclosed spaces in the Building (the "Equipment Space(s)"), as needed and mutually agreed upon by the parties, acting in good faith, which is suitable in all respects for the purpose of housing or storing the applicable Equipment Owner agrees that these access rights include a right to access the Equipment Space in the Building. The Equipment Space shall have adequate power supply and adequate natural or artificial ventilation for the proper operation of the Equipment. Bell shall have reasonable and continuous access into the Building and to the Equipment Space subject to giving reasonable notice to the Owner or its building manager, property manager or superintendent, as applicable, f its intention to enter the Building in order to install, operate, maintain, repair or replace the Equipment, provided that entry will be made during normal business hours except in the case of emergency. Nothing in this Agreement limits ▇▇▇▇'▇ right to provision the Bell Services in any manner it sees fit.

Equipment Space. In the event that Provider shall be required to house Equipment on Company premises in connection with the Services, Company shall provide Provider with adequate space, air conditioning, and security for such Equipment. Such space shall meet the reasonable operating specifications and environmental conditions specified by Provider.

Equipment Space. Additionally, pursuant to the provisions of Article --------------- 6 below, Tenant shall have the right to place certain equipment in the Equipment Space.

Equipment Space. Tenant shall have the right to use the Equipment Space as --------------- follows:

Equipment Space. Lessor, in further consideration of the rents to be paid and covenants contained herein, hereby grants to Lessee the Equipment Space as reasonably determined by Lessor, for the limited purpose of installing, maintaining, operating, repairing, or removing the Equipment in accordance with this Agreement; and to pass through portions of the Lessor's Property designated by Lessor for ingress to and egress from the Equipment Space. All site work for the use of the Equipment Space shall be performed by Lessee and at the expense of Lessee. In the event Lessor determines, in its sole and absolute discretion and which determination shall be specified in advance of the Commencement Date, that Lessee's Equipment shall not reside in the buildings and other structures on Lessor's property currently designed to house such equipment, Lessee, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, shall be required to construct such buildings or structures on that portion of Lessor's property designated by Lessor, at its sole and absolute discretion and as generally depicted on Schedule 5.2, and Lessee shall house its Equipment in such buildings or structures. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, in the event Lessee is required by Lessor to construct a permanent building or other permanent structure on Lessor's Property, at the expiration of the term of this Agreement, the permanent building and other permanent structures shall, at the sole election of Lessor, become the property of Lessor.

Equipment Space. The Corporation will also provide to Bell, at no charge, access to and use of, one or more rooms or other segregated, enclosed spaces (the “Equipment Space”), as needed and mutually agreed upon by the parties, acting in good faith, which is suitable in all respects for the purpose of housing or storing the applicable Equipment. The Corporation agrees that the access rights granted pursuant to Section 2.1 includes a right to access the Equipment Space in the MDU. The Equipment Space shall have the adequate power supply and adequate natural or artificial ventilation for the proper operation of the Equipment. Each Bell Entity and their respective affiliates, agents, contractors and sub- contractors and employees, as the case may be, shall have 24 hour / 7 day pedestrian access to install, operate, maintain, repair or replace the Equipment, provided that entry will be made during normal business hours, and subject to giving reasonable prior notice to the MDU’s General Manager of its intention to enter the MDU except in the case of emergency.

Equipment Space. You agree to provide us with access and use of the floor space in the main terminal room or other spaces on the Property, to our reasonable satisfaction, to house or store the Equipment (the “Equipment Space”), at no charge. The Equipment Space requires adequate power supply for the proper operation of the Equipment. You agree to provide us, at your cost, with the electrical power reasonably required for the delivery of the Services or any other telecommunications services we o‰er to the Occupants. You confirm that you have supplied and installed, at your cost, the necessary conduits in, on or under the Property permitting us to install the Equipment. This includes installation of home run wiring to each outlet, including electrical receptacles.
