Equipment Usage. 1. Items on the premises include chairs, tables and other equipment. The kitchen area must be wiped down and the refrigerator cleaned out. 2. Any equipment must be returned to its proper location and in its original condition–i.e. clean and undamaged. Equipment that is damaged will result in the deduction of the renter’s deposit to cover any replacement or repairs. 3. The City must pre-approve any type of equipment brought in by renters (i.e. play equipment, grills, etc.)
