Equivalency Method. Instead of using actual Hours of Service, an equivalency method will be used to determine Hours of Service for eligibility. Such method will apply to: a. [ ] all Employees b. [ ] Employees for whom records of actual Hours of Service are not maintained or available (e.g., salaried Employees) c.
