Equivalent Positions Geographical Areas For the purpose of this Article. (a) Ten (10), eleven (11) and twelve (12) month positions are deemed to be equivalent; and (b) The three geographical areas are: (i) Boston Bar (ii) Yale, Hope and Silver Creek (iii) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. (c) Regular employees who are laid off and are called in for work in their classification shall be paid the rate for that classification. Where they accept work in a different classification they shall be paid the rate as specified.
