Equivalent Size. The replaced or upgraded septic system will permit flow not in excess of the flow permitted by the existing septic system (i.e. the replaced or upgraded septic system will not, under existing zoning, allow for an increase in the number of permitted bedrooms, the installation of a commercial kitchen, or for any other use of the Property in excess of the use allowed with the existing system).
