Common use of Equivalent Value Clause in Contracts

As of the date hereof, under the terms of this Agreement, Newpark is receiving fair consideration from Flet▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ the agreements, covenants, representations and warranties made by Newpark to Flet▇▇▇▇.
