Escalation Process Following the Separation Oversight Period Sample Clauses

The "Escalation Process Following the Separation Oversight Period" clause defines the procedures to be followed if disputes or unresolved issues arise after the designated oversight period following a business separation or divestiture. Typically, this clause outlines the steps parties must take to escalate concerns, such as notifying designated representatives, engaging in structured negotiations, or involving higher management or third-party mediators. Its core practical function is to provide a clear, orderly framework for resolving post-separation issues, thereby minimizing disruptions and ensuring that both parties have a fair opportunity to address lingering concerns.
