Common use of Escrow Agent Compensation Clause in Contracts

Escrow Agent Compensation. Except as hereinafter provided, Escrow Agent shall be reimbursed solely by Parent for all actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred in performing the services required hereunder. The fees of the Escrow Agent (which shall not exceed $200 per month in the aggregate) and any replacement Escrow Agent shall be paid solely by Parent.
