Escrow Closing Costs Clause Samples

The 'Escrow; Closing; Costs' clause defines the procedures and responsibilities related to the handling of escrow accounts, the process of closing a transaction, and the allocation of associated costs. It typically outlines which party is responsible for depositing funds into escrow, the steps required to complete the closing, and how expenses such as escrow fees, title insurance, and recording charges are divided between the parties. By clearly specifying these details, the clause ensures a smooth and transparent closing process, minimizes disputes over payments, and allocates financial responsibilities fairly.
