Common use of Escrow Closing Clause in Contracts

Escrow Closing. Purchaser(s) and Seller(s) acknowledge and agree that the closing of this transaction may be handled by an Escrow Agent and that the Parties are authorized to transfer the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Money Deposit or any other funds for this transaction to said Escrow Agent, which is Clear Title & Abstract, LLC. After said transfer, Sellers shall have no liability to Purchaser(s) for the accounting for said funds.
