Common use of Escrow Conditions Clause in Contracts

The terms set forth herein shall serve as escrow instructions, and the Escrow Agent may attach hereto one of its printed forms of conditions of acceptance of escrow; provided, however, that in the event of any inconsistency between said conditions of acceptance and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
