Common use of Escrow Information Clause in Contracts

Escrow Information. With respect to the information deposited by the Aggregator Fund with the Escrow Agent pursuant to the Credit Agreement and/or the Escrow Agreement during a calendar quarter, the Aggregator Fund will provide the Escrow Agent on a confidential basis updated contact information for PWM Investors not later than the tenth (10th) Business Day after the end of such calendar quarter;
