Common use of Establishing Accounts Clause in Contracts

Establishing Accounts. After submitting a credit profile and deposit, if required, and after receiving certification as a local exchange carrier from the appropriate regulatory agency, My-Tel will provide the appropriate BellSouth advisory team/local contract manager the necessary documentation to enable BellSouth to establish accounts for resold services. Such documentation shall include the Application for Master Account, if applicable, proof of authority to provide telecommunications services, the appropriate Operating Company Numbers (OCN) for each state as assigned by the National Exchange Carriers Association (NECA), Carrier Identification Code (CIC), Blanket Letter of Authorization (LOA), Misdirected Number form, and a tax exemption certificate, if applicable. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, My-Tel may not order services under a new account established in accordance with this Section 1.2 until 30 days after all information specified in this Section 1.2 is received from My- Tel.
