Common use of Establishing of Accounts Clause in Contracts

Establishing of Accounts. Fund Agent will establish or cause to be established Account(s) in Recordkeeping Agent’s name, or such other name as Recordkeeping Agent shall specify, in each Fund and class of Shares for which Recordkeeping Agent maintains any Sub-Accounts. Fund Agent will provide Recordkeeping Agent with the following for each Account: (i) the net asset value (“NAV”) per Share on each day for which an NAV is calculated in accordance with the Funds’ Prospectus; (ii) confirmations of all transactions in each Account on each day on which any Fund is open for trading; (iii) the amount and ex-date of any dividends declared on Shares held in the Account at least two (2) business days prior to such ex-date and, in the case of income Funds, the daily accrual factor (mil rate) for the Shares on each day such rate is applicable; (iv) Account level tax information reasonably necessary to permit Recordkeeping Agent to prepare any tax reports required by Section 1(f)
