Common use of Establishment and Maintenance of Records Clause in Contracts

Establishment and Maintenance of Records. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall establish and maintain records as prescribed by WICHITA, with respect to all matters covered by this Agreement. Except as otherwise authorized by WICHITA, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall retain such financial and non-financial related records for a period of three (3) years after receipt of the final payment under this Agreement or termination of this Agreement for auditors or WICHITA. However, if any litigation, claim, negotiation, audit, oversight or other action involving the records has been started before the expiration of the three-year period, the records must be retained until the completion of the action and resolution of issues which arise from it or until the end of the regular three-year period, whichever is later.
