Common use of Establishment and Maintenance of Records Clause in Contracts

Establishment and Maintenance of Records. Records shall be maintained in accordance with requirements prescribed by INDOT or the County with respect to all matters covered by this Agreement. Except as otherwise authorized by INDOT, such records shall be maintained for a period of three (3) years after final close-out of the INDOT Contract.
