Establishment and Use of Certain Accounts Sample Clauses

The "Establishment and Use of Certain Accounts" clause defines the requirement for creating and maintaining specific financial accounts related to the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines who is responsible for opening the accounts, the types of accounts involved (such as escrow or reserve accounts), and the permitted uses or restrictions on funds held within them. By clearly specifying how these accounts are to be managed and utilized, the clause ensures proper handling of funds, transparency, and protection of the parties' financial interests throughout the duration of the contract.
