Common use of Establishment Closing Clause in Contracts

Establishment Closing. Upon termination of this Agreement or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s participation in the Program, Merchant will cease all use of, and remove American Express Licensed Marks from the Merchant's website and wherever else they are displayed.
