The Distributor, Supplier and Participant will define the “Point of Interconnection” and agree to interconnect the Qualifying System at the Point of Interconnection in accordance with the Distributor’s Rules and the generator and all related interconnection equipment will comply with the Interconnection Procedures for Cooperative–Member Distributed Generation Program (“Interconnection Procedures”).
