Common use of Estimated Commencement Date Clause in Contracts

Estimated Commencement Date. It is estimated by the parties that the Term of this Lease will commence on the Estimated Commencement Date set forth in Subparagraph 1.10. The Estimated Commencement Date is merely an estimate of the Commencement Date and, consequently, Tenant agrees that Landlord shall have no liability to Tenant for any loss or damage, nor shall Tenant be entitled to terminate or cancel this Lease if the Term of this Lease does not commence by the Estimated Commencement Date for any reason whatsoever, including any delays in substantial completion of the Leasehold Improvements.
