Estimation of Fees and Expenses Clause Samples

The 'Estimation of Fees and Expenses' clause defines how anticipated costs and charges related to a contract or project are calculated and communicated. Typically, this clause outlines the process for providing initial estimates, the scope of what is included in those estimates (such as professional fees, travel, or materials), and any conditions under which estimates may be revised. Its core practical function is to set expectations for both parties regarding financial obligations, helping to prevent disputes over unexpected costs and ensuring transparency in budgeting.
