Eurodollar Advance Sample Clauses

A Eurodollar Advance clause defines the terms under which a lender provides a loan denominated in U.S. dollars but made outside the United States, typically through international banking channels. This clause specifies the interest rate basis, usually linked to LIBOR or a similar benchmark, and outlines the procedures for requesting, funding, and repaying such advances. Its core practical function is to facilitate cross-border lending in U.S. dollars, offering borrowers access to international capital while managing currency and interest rate risks.
Eurodollar Advance. The unpaid principal of each Eurodollar ------------------ Advance (inclusive of any rollover of or conversion to a Eurodollar Borrowing) shall bear interest from the date of advance until paid at a rate per annum which shall from day to day be equal to the lesser of (i) the Maximum Rate or (ii) the sum of the Adjusted InterBank Rate for the Interest Period in effect plus the Applicable Margin.
Eurodollar Advance. During the continuance of a Default the Agent or the Required Lenders may, at their option, by notice to the Borrower (which notice may be revoked at the option of the Required Lenders notwithstanding any provision of Section 8.3 requiring unanimous consent of the Lenders to reductions in interest rates), declare that (i) each Eurodollar Advance shall bear interest for the remainder of the applicable Interest Period at the rate otherwise applicable to such Interest Period plus 2% per annum, (ii) each Floating Rate Advance shall bear interest at a rate per annum equal to the Floating Rate in effect from time to time plus 2% per annum and (iii) the LC Fee shall be increased by 2% per annum, provided that, during the continuance of a Default under subsection (f) or (g) of Article VII, the interest rates set forth in clauses (i) and (ii) above and the increase in the LC Fee set forth in clause (iii) above shall be applicable to all Credit Extensions without any election or action on the part of the Agent or any Lender.
Eurodollar Advance. An Advance which the Borrower requests to be made as a Eurodollar Advance or which is reborrowed as a Eurodollar Advance, in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.5(d) hereof.
Eurodollar Advance. The term “Eurodollar Advance” means any principal outstanding under this Note which pursuant to this Note bears interest at the Eurodollar Rate.

  • Eurodollar Advances Each Eurodollar Advance shall bear interest during its Interest Period equal to at all times the Eurodollar Rate for such Interest Period plus the Applicable Margin for Eurodollar Advances for such period. The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent for the ratable account of each Lender all accrued but unpaid interest on each of such Lender’s Eurodollar Advances on the last day of the Interest Period therefor (provided that for Eurodollar Advances with Interest Periods of six months or more, accrued but unpaid interest shall also be due on the day three months from the first day of such Interest Period), on the date any Eurodollar Advance is repaid, and on the Maturity Date.

  • Eurodollar Rate Advances During such periods as such Advance is a Eurodollar Rate Advance, a rate per annum equal at all times during each Interest Period for such Advance to the sum of (x) the Eurodollar Rate for such Interest Period for such Advance plus (y) the Applicable Margin in effect from time to time, payable in arrears on the last day of such Interest Period and, if such Interest Period has a duration of more than three months, on each day that occurs during such Interest Period every three months from the first day of such Interest Period and on the date such Eurodollar Rate Advance shall be Converted or paid in full.

  • Eurocurrency Rate Advances During such periods as such Advance is a Eurocurrency Rate Advance, a rate per annum equal at all times during each Interest Period for such Advance to the sum of (x) the Eurocurrency Rate for such Interest Period for such Advance plus (y) the Applicable Margin in effect from time to time, payable in arrears on the last day of such Interest Period and, if such Interest Period has a duration of more than three months, on each day that occurs during such Interest Period every three months from the first day of such Interest Period and on the date such Eurocurrency Rate Advance shall be Converted or paid in full.

  • Eurodollar Loans The Loans comprising each Eurodollar Borrowing shall bear interest at the Adjusted LIBO Rate for the Interest Period in effect for such Borrowing plus the Applicable Margin, but in no event to exceed the Highest Lawful Rate.

  • LIBOR Advances The interest rate applicable to each LIBOR Advance shall be determined in accordance with Section 3.6(a) hereunder. Subject to Sections 3.6 and 3.7, such rate shall apply during the entire Interest Period applicable to such LIBOR Advance, and interest calculated thereon shall be payable on the Interest Payment Date applicable to such LIBOR Advance.
