Facilitate the collection of evidence to be used in the formative and summative assessment of certificated staff job performance. B. Provide information useful in determining and providing for professional development opportunities that support professional growth. C. Provide educators with formative information and data that promotes and encourages reflection in one’s practice and supports continuous self-improvement. D. Motivate all members of the staff to participate in formulating and evaluating instructional programs. E. Determine if there is a need to take corrective measures supporting the growth of employees with identified performance deficiencies and/or a need to place an employee on probation.
