Common use of Evaluation Framework Clause in Contracts

Evaluation Framework. The document approved by the Ohio Department of Education (ODE) in accordance with HB 64 passed in July 2015 directing the State Board of Education to develop a standard-based state framework for evaluation of school counselors. This framework, which is aligned to the Ohio Standards for School Counselors, was adopted by the SBOE in April 2016.
