Evaluation of Activities. The Contractor must provide individually evaluation of all activities including but not limited to: workshops: issue evaluation sheet to individuals at the end of the workshop and provide a report at the end of each month; counsellor sessions: all clients to be issued with an evaluation sheet at the end of their time with the Career Transition Service. Responses aggregated as part of a monthly report. and; an aggregated evaluation at the completion of the period of support.
Evaluation of Activities. The Donor reserves the right to review or evaluate the Activities financed by the Account. The Donor and the CEB shall agree on the scope and conduct of such review or evaluation, and the CEB shall provide all relevant information within the limits of its policies and procedures. All associated costs will be borne by the Donor, unless otherwise agreed. It is understood that any such review or evaluation will not constitute an audit of the Account, and that any audit will be performed solely in accordance with Paragraph 2.3 of this Agreement.

  • Activities Except with the prior written consent of the Board, Executive will not during his employment with the Company undertake or engage in any other employment, occupation or business enterprise, other than ones in which Executive is a passive investor. Executive may engage in civic and not-for-profit activities so long as such activities do not materially interfere with the performance of his duties hereunder.
