Evaluation of Probationary Unit Members. 19.2.1 Probationary Unit Members are evaluated at the end of four months of service, eight months of service, and two weeks prior to the end of the twelve-month probationary period. 19.2.2 The evaluation shall be made upon the Performance Evaluation Form for Probationary Unit Members (Appendix I). 19.2.3 The substantive findings of the District contained in the evaluation shall not be subject to review or appeal and shall not be grievable under the provisions of Article 22 of this Agreement.
