Common use of Evaluation of Proposals Clause in Contracts

Evaluation of Proposals. All proposals that are responsive to the solicitation will be evaluated. Each evaluation category will have a maximum point potential. Stat. §81-161 allows the quality of performance of previous contracts to be considered when evaluating responses to competitively bid solicitations in determining the lowest responsible bidder. Information obtained from any Vendor Performance Report (See Terms & Conditions, Section II.) may be used in evaluating responses to solicitations for goods and services to determine the best value for the State.
