EVALUATION OF THE COMMITTEE Sample Clauses
The 'Evaluation of the Committee' clause defines the process by which a committee's performance, decisions, or actions are formally reviewed and assessed. Typically, this involves setting criteria or benchmarks for evaluation, outlining who conducts the assessment, and specifying the frequency or timing of such reviews. For example, the clause may require annual performance reports or periodic audits of the committee's effectiveness. Its core practical function is to ensure accountability and continuous improvement by providing a structured mechanism for monitoring and enhancing the committee's operations.
