EVALUATION (REGULAR TEACHING CONTRACT. The OTES Implementation Procedures and Resources for Athens City Schools (the “Manual”) is attached to this contract and applies to the teachers defined at page 3 of the Manual. The evaluation of Unit members who are teachers as defined at page 3 in the Manual shall follow the provisions and instrument in the Manual. The evaluation of unit members who do not meet at least one of the categories in A 1, 2 or 3 at page 3 of the Manual (definitions) shall follow the provisions and evaluation instrument in Article VII and Appendix G.
