Evaluation Review. (a) Within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of the evaluation, the faculty member may request a review, in writing, with the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Office to discuss (with the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ designated administrator) concerns regarding the evaluation which were not resolved in previous discussions with the evaluator.
