Evaluation Schedule. The evaluation schedule for continuing teachers shall be as follows: a. For teachers on a continuing appointment in their first year of employment pursuant to the Letter of Understanding H.2 (Evaluation of Teachers in their First Year of Employment with the Board) appended to this agreement; then in their fifth year and thereafter every tenth year; b. Teacher initiated; c. Evaluator initiated where there are concerns; d. Evaluator initiated with the agreement of the teacher.
