Common use of Evaluation ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Frequency Clause in Contracts

Evaluation ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Frequency. The Board acting by and through its administrator(s) shall be responsible for the evaluation of each staff member in the performance of his/her duties. The criteria for a formal evaluation shall be set forth in Appendix I. A probationary employee employed for the full school year shall be evaluated prior to the end of their ninety (90) days probationary period and again prior to the end of the school year. Other employees shall be formally evaluated at least once each year.
