Common use of Evaluator’s Post-Probation Report Clause in Contracts

Evaluator’s Post-Probation Report. The evaluator shall submit a written report to the superintendent and the employee at the end of the probationary period. The report shall recommend one of the following to the superintendent: 5.10.7.1 That the employee has demonstrated necessary improvement in the stated areas of deficiency to justify the removal of the probationary status. 5.10.7.2 That the employee has not demonstrated necessary improvement in the stated areas of deficiency, and action should be taken to non-renew the employment contract of the employee.
