Common use of Event Cancellation Clause in Contracts

Event Cancellation. In the event of cancellation at any time prior to or during the event, the Executive Board of Housing First Minnesota may consider a refund if deemed appro- priate, taking into consideration that a substantial portion of the expenses for the event are front-loaded, and that the Parade of Homes also is the primary funding source for the breadth of Association activities. If Builder has not paid the Event fee in full, Housing First MN is entitled to recover from Builder all fees necessary to bring said Builder to the same level as all other entrants.

If Builder Remodeler has not paid the Event fee in full, Housing First MN is entitled to recover from Builder Remodeler all fees necessary to bring said Builder Remodeler to the same level as all other entrants.

In the event of cancellation or rescheduling at any time prior to or during the eventevent for any reason, the Executive Board of Housing First Minnesota may consider a refund if deemed appro- priateappropriate, taking into consideration that a substantial portion of the expenses for the event are front-loaded, and that the Parade of Homes also is the primary funding source for the breadth of Association Housing First Minnesota’s activities. If Builder member has not paid the Event event fee in full, Housing First MN Minnesota is entitled to recover from Builder member all fees necessary to bring said Builder it to the same level as all other entrants.
