Event Fee. (a) The Licensee shall pay the Event Fee together with duties and taxes that may be imposed by the revenue authorities strictly in accordance with the time and manner set out in the Payment Schedule. (b) Without limiting the generality of Clause 3.1(a), the Event Fee is exclusive of GST. All GST in respect of the Event Fee shall be borne and paid by the Licensee.
