Common use of Event Fee Clause in Contracts

Event Fee. 4.1 The Event Fee is as set out in the Exhibition Prospectus and is indicative only. 4.2 The Exhibitor acknowledges and agrees that the Event Fee may increase at the time of invoicing form the amount set out in the Exhibition Prospectus, Exhibition Application Form and/or the Exhibition Confirmation Form. Notwithstanding this potential variation, the Exhibitor agrees to pay the Event Fee as invoiced and any increase remains the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor. 4.3 The Exhibitor agrees make the Payments in accordance with this Agreement. 4.4 Upon receipt of the Exhibition Confirmation Form, the Organiser will issue an invoice for 50% of the Event which must be paid within ten (10) days of the invoice date. 4.5 The balance of the Event Fee is payable by the Exhibitor to the Organiser on or before 18 January 2019.
