Event Hours Clause Samples
The Event Hours clause defines the specific times during which an event or activity is scheduled to take place. It typically outlines the start and end times for each day of the event, and may include provisions for setup, breakdown, or access outside of public hours. By clearly establishing when the event is active, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings about access, staffing, and logistical arrangements, ensuring all parties are aligned on the event's operational timeframe.
