Common use of Event of Default by Lessee Clause in Contracts

Event of Default by Lessee. Lessee’s failure to perform its obligations under this Exhibit “C-5A” (time being of the essence) shall constitute an Event of Default by Lessee under Section 12.1 of the Lease and shall entitle Lessor to immediately exercise all of its rights and remedies under the Lease (including, but not limited to, rights and remedies under this Exhibit “C-5A”) or at law or in equity without notice or demand to Lessee.

Event of Default by Lessee. Lessee’s failure to perform its obligations under this Exhibit “C-5AB-7A” (time being of the essence) shall constitute an Event of Default by Lessee under Section 12.1 of the Lease and shall entitle Lessor to immediately exercise all of its rights and remedies under the Lease (including, but not limited to, rights and remedies under this Exhibit “C-5AB‑7A”) or at law or in equity without notice or demand to Lessee.

Event of Default by Lessee. Lessee’s failure to perform its obligations under this Exhibit “C-5AC-6A” (time being of the essence) shall constitute an on Event of Default by Lessee under Section 12.1 of the Lease and shall entitle Lessor to immediately exercise all of its rights and remedies under the Lease (including, but not limited to, rights and remedies under this Exhibit “C-5AC-6A”) or at law or in equity without notice or demand to Lessee.
