Event Period. You may use the Event Location from February 27, 2016 (the "Commencement Date") until February 27, 2016 (the "Expiration Date") (this entire period will be called the "Event Period"), unless this Agreement is terminated earlier by either party. You have the right to terminate this Agreement (prior to the Expiration Date) upon thirty (30) days written notice to Us, but only if the termination is effective during the months of February through September. The effective date of such termination by You may not fall during the months of October through January.
Event Period. 4.1 The dates and times for the Event are set out in the Booking Confirmation. No extension to the Event Period shall be permitted without the express prior written consent of RA Arts.
Event Period. The Event will be conducted over a three-week rolling period:
a. The Submission Period opens on April 27th and closes May 22, 2020, 23:59 GMT (the “Submission Period”).
b. Teams may make submissions at any time during the submission period and may complete and submit projects in advance of the May 22nd deadline, if desired.
c. All dates and times are subject to change, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor's clock will be the official timekeeper for this Event.
Event Period. The Site shall be used for the actual Event(s) from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm Washington, DC local time on Thursday, July 28th, 2016 (“Event Period”). The Site shall be used for the Event on the date(s) listed above. Any activities relating to the Event that will create substantial audible noise, as determined by LICENSOR, in its sole discretion, shall be conducted between the hours of 7:00 am and 10:00 pm daily. Site Use. LICENSEE shall have the non-exclusive right to use the Site licensed under this Agreement solely for the Event and not for any other purpose.

Event Period. The dates of the hosted Event during which guests will be at TCC, from (mm/dd/year) through (mm/dd/year) for a total number of Event days (count partial days as whole days).
