Common use of Events Excusing Performance Clause in Contracts

Events Excusing Performance. Crdentia shall not be liable to the Company for failure to perform any of the services required herein in the event of any strike, lock-out, calamity, act of God, failure of supplier, or other event over which Crdentia has no control, for so long as such event continues, and for a reasonable period of time thereafter.
