EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL. 10.1 We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performing, any of our obligations under these Terms that is caused by an event outside our reasonable control, including changes in applicable laws, actions or delays by any government authority, or refusals by any such authority to grant any necessary licence ("Event Outside Our Control"). 10.2 Our obligations under these Terms will be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and the time to perform these obligations shall be extended for the duration of that period. We will take reasonable steps to bring the Event Outside Our Control to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under these Terms can be performed despite the Event Outside Our Control.
