Common use of Evidence and Artifacts Clause in Contracts

Evidence and Artifacts. 1. Both the employee and the evaluator will contribute to evidence collection necessary to complete the evaluation. Said collection will be accomplished openly and, wherever possible, jointly. An employee is expected to submit artifacts for completion of the evaluation. 2. The District commits to documenting the evidence of performance via observations and conversations to the greatest extent possible so as to lessen the time required by employees to compile evidence readily available via observation. The evaluator may not require a specific number of pieces of evidence or artifacts.
